1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LogicLand ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use this App, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the child.

2. Description of Service

LogicLand is an educational iOS application that provides interactive games designed to help children learn math, logic, and reading skills. The App includes:

• Educational games across multiple categories (Math, Logic, and Reading)
• Progress tracking and parent dashboard
• Text-to-speech audio feedback
• Ad-free, kid-friendly experience
• Optional premium subscription for full access

3. User Eligibility

LogicLand is designed for children. A parent or guardian must:

• Accept these Terms of Service on behalf of any child user
• Supervise the child's use of the App as appropriate
• Authorize any in-app purchases

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Options

LogicLand offers the following subscription plans to unlock premium content:

• Monthly Subscription (com.codekunda.logicland.monthly): Recurring monthly billing with auto-renewal
• Yearly Subscription (com.codekunda.logicland.yearly): Recurring annual billing with auto-renewal - Best Value
• Lifetime Access (com.codekunda.logicland.lifetime): One-time purchase for permanent, non-expiring access to all premium features

Premium Features Include

• Full access to Math & Logic games (Counting, Patterns, and more)
• Full access to Reading Skills games (Phonics, Speed Reading)
• Parent Dashboard with detailed progress tracking
• Ad-free experience
• All future content updates

Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency within the App
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. Please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com for refund inquiries.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in LogicLand, including but not limited to games, graphics, audio, text, and software, is the property of CodeKunda and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LogicLand only for its intended educational purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to bypass the Parent Gate or other security features
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
• Interfere with the App's operation or servers

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LogicLand is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will meet your specific educational requirements
• Any learning outcomes will be achieved

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeKunda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to LogicLand at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your use by uninstalling the App and cancelling any active subscriptions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
